My name - Dash- is a shortened version of my Russian name - Dasha. As an adjective, "dashing" typically means attractive, stylish, or striking in appearance or demeanour, often with a sense of confidence or sophistication. It also means fast - and that is how I work. That is why I called my business Dashing Studio.
With over 10 years of experience in photography, I have worked with numerous clients and photographers, teaching photography and even working as a model myself. After graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management in Business Information Systems, I realised I could combine my love for photography with my university degree, and thus I began working with businesses to help capture their special moments.I understand that it can be difficult to find the time to come to a professional studio, which is why I offer a portable photo studio that I can bring to any indoor location. And with my team of creative professionals, I can help turn your memories into happy ones.
I offer a range of services, including studio photography for headshots and product photography, location photography for interiors and exteriors, and private business photography that can be brought to your location. My turnaround time is quick, with small projects taking only 1-3 days and larger ones completed within a week.

4. Don't have time to come to my studio? No problem! My portable gear allows me to set up a studio in any location, even your own home. While I am based in Auckland, I am willing to travel to other locations within NZ (subject to travel restrictions).
5. As a photographer, I understand the importance of being comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. That's why I have also worked as a model, allowing me to understand the makeup and hair process, and how to stay calm and relaxed during a shoot.
